Burn Lounge is very simply another perpetual pyramid structure that very cleverly hides all the pertinent information a savvy consumer would want to know before he or she signed up. Burn Lounge wants you to sell their stores (Mogul packages cost $450 up front). Then they want those stores to sell more stores at $450 a pop and so on to build this never ending pyramid. Pamlyn Distributors, our 2006 Home Based Business of the Year winner, sells stores and products but their structure is limited to three tiers only unlike Burn Lounge where the tiers are limitless. And let's not forget the recurring annual fees and recurring monthly fees they tack on. Another negative point about Burn Lounge is that they reward you with points, not cash. Supposedly you can cash these points in for merchandise or money (if you meet certain requirements of course). Even when you sell another store at $450 there's a hidden catch. That new store has to sell a certain amount of product BEFORE you get credit for selling that store and then your commission (in points) only equals around $10 out of the $450 sale! One of the most troubling things about Burn Lounge is that if you do search engine queries, all you get back are these mogul stores trying to sell other mogul stores... NO ONE is trying to sell music downloads. It's just "Be a part of the music industry!" Burn Lounge is a nearly inflated balloon on the verge of bursting. When it does go belly up, Burn Lounge will have already made all of their money from selling these $450 stores and will bail with their golden parachutes leaving you and other store owners with a worthless piece of internet real estate.
